• It converts the publicly available Amateur Radio Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) book into a digital practice format.
• If the licensing authority raises any objection to the use of their material, we will comply and remove the content immediately.
• The App is not affiliated with the licensing authority and is provided only as a study aid.
• We do not guarantee exam results or official certification.

2. Registration and Accounts

• The App can be used without registration.
• Users may optionally register using Google Sign-In to:
  • Save results across multiple devices.
  • Access personalized features.
• When registering, the App may collect:
  • Name, Email address, and Profile photo (from your Google account).

3. Data Collection and Use (Privacy Policy)

• The App does not collect sensitive personal data (such as passwords, phone numbers, or financial details).
• If you register, we only collect:
  • Email, Name, Profile photo, and Exam results.
• Data is used only to:
  • Display and store your exam results.
  • Sync your results across devices when you log in.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Exam results and account data are stored securely in our database.
• While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

5. Data Deletion

• Users may delete their stored data at any time using the data deletion link provided in the App (available only when logged in).
• Once deleted, your exam results and account data will no longer be recoverable.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App only for personal learning and practice.
• You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for illegal purposes.
